Vernon D. Webb
Maximizing human talent is his passion. This is the reason why he founded Webb Group Leadership Development, LLC.
Webb Group Leadership Development has a results-oriented approach specializing in transformational and breakthrough training technologies in neuroscience. They generate excellence in executive performance coaching and leadership development.
Vernon D. Webb has 35+ years of experience, education, and commitment in the field of neuroscience. He earned the master’s level of certification from the Silva Mind Control Institute of Psychorientology and a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
He has had the pleasure of leading training programs in Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence for a plethora of companies and organizations, including AT&T, State Bar of California, L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), KPMG, McDonald’s, Southern California Edison, U.S. Air Force-Space Division, U.S. Justice Department, and the U.S. Treasury Department.
He has been identified as a nationally recognized, award-winning speaker and trainer, who is occasionally featured on television, radio, and other media outlets. His style is professional, dynamic, and entertaining.
